Switch to annual billing any time under Settings → Billing.
Upgrading / Downgrading
Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you’re charged a prorated amount immediately.
Downgrading does not delete data — posts, accounts, and automations are preserved but may be paused if they exceed the new plan’s limits.

Stripe supports:

- SEPA Direct Debit (EU)
- ACH Bank Transfer (US, annual plans only)
Invoices
Download invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Each invoice is a PDF with your company name and VAT number if provided.
BYOK and Billing
Adding your own AI API keys (BYOK) bypasses the PostClaw AI quota. Your plan price stays the same — you just pay your AI provider directly for the calls you make.
BYOK is available on all paid plans. Configure keys under Settings → AI Usage.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds.

Tax and VAT
PostClaw applies VAT automatically for EU customers based on billing address. Provide your VAT ID during checkout to apply reverse charge. US sales tax is collected where required by law (handled by Stripe Tax).
