Content Calendar
See all your scheduled and published posts in one visual grid. Navigate to Calendar in the sidebar.
Views
Toggle between three views using the buttons top-right:

Creating Posts
Two ways to create from the calendar:
- Click any date — opens the composer pre-filled with that date
- Drag from Drafts — open the Drafts panel (right sidebar), drag a draft card onto any date to schedule it
Drag & Drop
Reschedule posts by dragging them between dates or time slots.
- Only draft and scheduled posts can be moved
- Published and failed posts are locked in place
- After a drag, a 5-second undo toast appears bottom-left — click Undo to revert
Drag is disabled on mobile; use the post editor to change time instead.
Filters
Use the filter bar above the calendar to narrow what’s visible:
- Platform — show posts for one or more platforms
- Status — draft, scheduled, published, failed
- Tags — filter by content tags you’ve added to posts
Filters persist across sessions.
Optimal Times
Time slots highlighted in light green are recommended posting times based on your audience engagement heatmap. These are suggestions — you can schedule at any time.
Highlighted times update as new analytics data comes in (every 4 hours). See Analytics & Reporting for how the heatmap is calculated.
Color Coding
Posts are color-coded by status at a glance:
