PostClaw offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

• All fees are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect as described in our billing documentation.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Publishing spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostClaw Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
